Credits are the single currency across every model. An image costs 1 to 4 credits, a short video 12 to 30. You always see the exact cost before you press generate.
Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Credits bought as a top-up pack stay in your balance for 90 days and are always spent after your monthly allowance, unless you cancel your plan, which ends all of your credits.
Credits are held when you submit and refunded automatically the moment a job reports a failure. You are never charged for output you did not receive.
Yes, on every plan. Anything you generate is yours to use commercially.
Yes, from billing settings. Cancelling ends your credits immediately, including any top-ups; the rest of your plan stays available through the end of the period you already paid for, and renewing before then restores your credits. Subscriptions started before September 24, 2026 keep their credits to the end of the period until October 24, 2026.
Yes. You can ask for a refund of your most recent payment, a subscription charge or a credit pack, within 14 days of that payment. The refund covers the credits from that payment you haven't used yet: if you've used none, it's the full amount; if you've used 30% of them, it's 70%. Earlier payments are not refundable.
